HONG KONG -

An employment agency named Ursula Employment Center found found guilty at court for overcharge agency fees.

3 Indonesian workers made compliant to Labor Department with assistant of FADWU and SBMI-HK. After 3 months of investigation, labor department finally prosecute Ursula employment center. The owner of Ursula Ms Wong Yuk Ching pleaded guilty at court today. She was fined HKD $30,000 and refund to the workers.

This is the second case put to the court in 3 months. Another employment agency named Gold Union Employment Agency found guilty for overcharging at June this year.
